Diesel SS17: Miami vibes

Les den gode anmeldelsen hos Aftenposten: aftenposten.no/osloby/sulten/Astral

Diesel always have exciting collections since they dare more than other brands in the same genre. On Thursday 13th of October, Diesel hosted a press view with the Miami inspired SS17 collection with cute polka dots, playful pastels in addition to exciting details and color combinations. Faded denim is the most important trend. The graphic artist Yoko Honda is known for her cool and bright 80's illustrations. She has made prints for Diesel's SS17 collection on t-shirts, nylon bomber jackets and swimwear with beaches and palms. So fresh!

The press view was wrapped up with a lovely restaurant visit to Astral at Lilleborg (between Sagene and Torshov) with an exquisite nine course dinner (!). The premises are located in a small and trendy quarter with new apartments, small cafés, studios and firm offices. Read the good review from Aftenposten: aftenposten.no/osloby/sulten/Astral

This is my absolute favorite from the Diesel SS17 collection. I don't think I've seen holes with metal rings on suede leather before. A modern version of the 80's!
