Jason Wu was inspired by the renowned photographer Helmut Newton´s erotic and provocative photos. The leather, the nude parts, suspenders and accentuated waists, the female features is celebrated in his SS 2013 collection.
Wu still manages to turn down the sexy volume a few notches by adding romantic features like lace and tulle. The blue transparent dress with cross-straps at the chest is beaded in chrystals. It´s like the stars in the sky on a quiet night. It´s the best dress I´ve seen so far in the SS 2013 collections. Why? Because the dress is that bit of magic every woman secretly yearns for.
